Water-retaining granules (hydrogel).
A granular absorbent that absorbs, accumulates and supplies plants with moisture or dissolved nutrients according to their needs.
It is used to care for all types of plants: trees, shrubs, herbs, flowers, berries and vegetables in open ground, greenhouses and pots.
It can be used to protect roots from drying out during transportation and storage of plants.
How it works: hydrogel supplies plants with water and nutrients when the soil dries out and ensures a constant flow of water to where the plant needs it most - to the root area.
The roots penetrate through the gel particles and take the water and nutrients accumulated in them. As the soil dries out, the hydrogel releases the accumulated moisture and gradually returns to its original crystalline state, and after watering or rain it turns back into a gel.
How to use: soak the granules in water or a nutrient solution (30 g / 5 l of water, wait until it swells completely) and mix with the soil, plant the crops. Then pour water.
Hydrogel is added to the soil once every 4-5 years.
Application rate: 1-3 g / 1 liter of soil (substrate). 30 g of the product accumulates up to 5 liters of water or nutrient solution.
Composition: potassium polyacrylate (CAS-No. 25608-12-2).
Precautions: after use, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Store the product in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of +5 to +25 °C, then its shelf life is unlimited.
